ANDREA LAZZARINI Editore
Andrea Lazzarini is a journalist, researcher, photographer, art director and editor of the Scenari S.r.l.
Born in 1964, after a basic technical training in the tourism sector he specializes in historical and ethnographic research, which exercises after school through rediscovered works, enhancement and promotion linked to the territory of Lake Maggiore and the Alpine region in general. After having acquired the necessary skills in graphics and editing, together with a group of friends animated by love for the high lands, in 1989 he began publishing the monthly magazine "Scenari", which soon became a reference point for lovers of non conventional tourist itineraries, both naturalistic-landscape and historical-cultural, thanks to the accuracy of the articles and of the high quality of images and typographic support.
In addition to the magazine, become in 1991 "International review of the Alps", the publisher intensifies its activity specializing in prestigious publications such as, near all tourist books (guides of Lake Maggiore, the special reportage on Rieti and the Terminillo), commemorative works (the centenary of the steamer Piemonte of Navigazione Lago Maggiore, the Stresa-Mottarone rail) and corporate storytelling (the Lagostina, the Regina Palace, the Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees). In the early twenty-first century the horizons of Andrea Lazzarini Publisher cross the mountain border to bring the promotion of Piedmont in the rest of Europe, in Russia and to the foot of the Great Wall, on behalf of the Tourist Office; as soon as the publishing technology evolves, the editorial office in Stresa starts to create web sites, corporate identity, projects with new media, exhibitions and cultural events, who will become the flagship activity after the suspension of the magazine in the Internet era.
The passion for history in general and the history of the Alps in particular are still the cornerstones of work for Andrea, who collects in its editorial office antique prints and vintage images, while participating in research and promotional projects of the territories through the Club of hundred Alpine passes, Kiwanis Club and as Chair of the tourism of Lago Maggiore association (2012-2014). The ALPINESHOWROOM project was created and developed in this cultural framework.
